Marika Inhoff, Graduate Student
I'm a first year graduate student broadly interested in studying the processes underlying episodic encoding, retrieval and consolidation. Before joining the DML I was a lab manager and research assistant for Dr. Lila Davachi at NYU, studying a number of topics including the impact of consolidation on long-term associative retrieval and perirhinal contributions to perceptual and mnemonic processing. As a graduate student I'm excited to continue investigating the neural underpinnings of human memory using fMRI and behavioral techniques. When I'm not in the lab I like baking, hiking and camping and, as a new resident of Davis, at some point I plan to enjoy biking.
